Joey Adams

Joey Adams is a thirty year veteran of the health and fitness industry and has been a Master Instructor for indoor cycling for fifteen of those years. He holds a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, a Master’s in Exercise Science, and a Post-Bacculaureate in Education. He is an elementary educator at the Shelburne Community School and owner of Intelligent Fitness, a business that assesses and coaches human performance. Joey specializes in making the science cycling and fitness accessible and applicable to the individual to help them unlock their full potential by getting their performance on target and making the most of their time! He is a Spinning® Master Instructor and a Power Specialist Master Instructor for the Spinpower® program. He gleefully resides in Shelburne with his wife and stays in shape living the Vegan lifestyle and causing mischief with his wife and two curious children.

Terri Arends

As a multi-faceted fitness professional, Terri Arends promotes well being through group exercise to boost member retention, and customer satisfaction. Terri serves as the Group Exercise Director at the Aaron Family Jewish Community Center of Dallas. She holds a Masters Degree in Sport Management and is certified through NASM, IFTA, Kettlebell Concepts and is trained in many other group exercise specialty certifications. Terri is a well known presenter on the national fitness front at WSSC, DCAC and Can Fit Pro. As a Master Instructor for Spinning, Terri puts fitness to work at the Dallas JCC by creating group exercise programs that not only get results for clients but also strives to deliver programming that embraces the spirit of community.

Pam Blum

Pam is a highly accomplished Group Fitness Leader with more than 25 years of background rich in knowledge, experience and a dedication to wellness. Her current passion is primarily teaching yoga, Spinning®, TRX® and Resist-a-Ball® helping to guide clients through classes or sessions that provide opportunities to, "explore how truly magnificent and mysterious our bodies really are; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually." She has a special affection for beginners, obese or deconditioned clients and those with chronic pain because it's never too late to start to move and there are always options available to choose to feel better in our bodies and in our lives. Pam is an AFAA and ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, Spinning® Master Instructor and Master Trainer for Resist-a-Ball®, System Level 1 Power Pilates® Instructor and has recently completed Yoga Teacher 500 level certification in the Pranakriya tradition with an emphasis in Yoga Therapy. She is also a Power Specialist Master Instructor for the Spinpower® program. She very much enjoys her role as Director of Programming for Evolutions in Annapolis and for Anne Arundel Medical Center, sincerely jumping at the challenge of coordinating instructors, participants, preference, class times and predicting trends to keep everyone fresh, happy and actively pursuing their personal fitness and professional goals. When not in the studio, Pam prefers quiet times contemplating, reading, chillaxing with her family and friends, or meandering out west with her husband.

Colleen Broersma

Colleen is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Therapist, Group Exercise and Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer in addition to being a Master Instructor for the Spinning Program. In her more than 20 years in the Health and Fitness Industry, she has directed fitness and wellness programs for hospitals, community recreation centers and private health clubs.

Concurrent with her program coordination she has been an instructor trainer, offering continuing education and certification preparation courses to group exercise instructors and personal trainers since 1986. She currently owns FITQUEST Inc. a mind body training studio in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her life long quest is to assist others with exploring their own personal potential.

John Cargill

It all began with competitive swimming up through high school. After years of hiatus and a sedentary lifestyle, John reclaimed his fitness base via the world of triathlon; however, it was not until he earned his Spinning® certification in 2006 that he truly constructed a viable aerobic base. For this he is quite grateful, as he now enjoys a career as a coach and personal trainer; not to mention very gratifying experiences as a sprint and 70.3 triathlete, open water swimmer, and distance runner primarily at the 5K and 13.1 distances. He is especially privileged, though, to be an MI representing Illinois and to share the gift of the Spinning® program with all who will receive it. His certifications other than the Spinning® program include NASM-CPT, NCSF-CPT, ACE-CPT, and AFAA group exercise. Other passions include vocal music (the breathing techniques of which he has integrated into his coaching style), constant learning, and serving God by serving others.

Stacey Davis

As an avid cyclist, Stacey competes in endurance and cross country mountain bike racing as well as road, cyclocross, and adventure racing. She holds group exercise certifications from AFAA and ACE as well as a personal training certification from AFAA. As an employee of the Birmingham YMCA Association, Stacey teaches and manages the Spinning program, Bodypump, and Gravity Training Systems. In addition, she works as a bike salesperson and ride leader for Cahaba Cycles and is a board member for the local mtb association, B.U.M.P.

Caroline Dawson
New York

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program and certified fitness professional since 1992, Caroline has worked with some of the top fitness professionals in creating new programs and services. She currently holds NASM, ACE and AFAA certifications and Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Business Administration. Caroline teaches group exercise classes for Town Sports International in NYC, is a Master Trainer for Instructor Toolbox and consults fitness industry leaders under the business name

Lynn Day

Lynn has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a competitive triathlete with multiple podium finishes. She has also competed in numerous running events including the Boston Marathon. Lynn has been an avid road cyclist and Spinning Instructor for the past 14 years in Doylestown, PA.

Shannon Derby

Shannon is passionate about cycling on the road, the trails and indoors with the Spinning Program. At her club, Mountain’s Edge Fitness Center in Boulder, Colorado Shannon is the “go to gal.” She’s the Fitness Director, instructs all types of classes and runs her private training business, Fitness In Balance.

Shannon enjoys organizing her club’s cycling team “Riders on the Edge” and participating in many of the local Colorado races and group events. Shannon has 2 degrees from the University of Colorado, a BS in Kinesiology and a BA in Psychology.

Puracelia Diaz
Puerto Rico

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program, AFAA & Isat Certified Fitness Instructor and 12 year veteran in the Fitness Industry. Puracelia holds a bachelor degree in Physical Education. She is a competitive duathlete in Puerto Rico, and two time Puerto Rican duathlon champion in 2002. She is head coach for 3 sports teams in her school, and specializes in 800m,1500m,3k, and 10k distance races.

Joe Dugan
New Jersey

Joe has been in the fitness industry and associated with Spinning since 1997. He is an ACE and AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor. Joe is a Wealth Advisor with Morgan Stanley and resides in southern New Jersey with his wife, Enita, and their son, Colin.

Sabrina Fairchild

Sabrina is a Master Instructor for the Spinning® and Bodyblade® programs, a certified Yoga Link instructor, and both an ACE and ACSM certified fitness instructor. Sabrina also holds a Health Science teaching credential and masters in Physical Education. Her fitness career began in 1983 and she has been a CEC provider since 1994. She currently teaches physical education at Butte Community College and California State University, Chico in Northern California.

Michael Ferrante

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program, Michael is a veteran endurance athlete and cyclist. He holds group exercise certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and is also a licensed USA Cycling Coach. He has competed in many cycling, running and triathlon events including the U.S. Ironman Championships and 70.3 Half Ironman races, the Mt. Washington running and cycling climbs and numerous sanctioned individual and team time trial races.

Danielle Foster

A road and mountain bike racer, adventure racer and triathlete, Danielle has been a provider of cycling-specific continuing education for the last 17 years. As a presenter, Danielle has been actively teaching at various conferences, as well as clubs/performance centers across the US and Europe. As a Master Instructor for Mad Dogg Athletics/Spinning, she trained thousands of instructors across North America in the Spinning Program. She was employed at Saris Cycling Group as a Power Training Specialist, utilizing CycleOps Power Tap technology. She and the team at Saris helped pave the way for education in training with power not only for USA Triathlon and USA Cycling coaches and athletes, but for the next generation of 'uber educated' indoor cycling instructors.This has led her back to Spinning as a Power Specialist Master Instructor for the new Spinning Ion bike and Spinpower® education program. She is owner of Fitness Blueprint, a mobile metabolic testing company, performing VO2Max testing for athletes all over the country. Danielle trains for Nordic Walking by Fittrek, and is TRX, Lebert Training Systems, Pilates and AFAA certified. She has been in the health and fitness industry, weight loss and personal training arena for 27 years. Danielle has headed the First Step Weight Loss Program at The Natatorium in Ohio, and can be seen most days of the week in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, training clients in hiking, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, running, cycling, and TRX. Her educational background is in communications from the University of Florida. She resides in Ohio and directs the CycleOps Power Training Center at The Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

Holly Gebel

A Master Instructor for the Spinning Program, and an ACE and AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Holly holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing Management and Business Administration. Holly is also a marathon runner.

Brooke Hayward

Brooke is the Fitness Program Coordinator for the Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa and is a Master Trainer for the Spinning® and Bodyblade® Programs. She has worked in the fitness industry for 18+ years and is certified through ACSM, ACE, AFAA and IFTA. Experience includes Regional Coordinator for the Silver Sneakers Program, providing education and training for Senior Fitness Instructors. Brooke is featured in several fitness and cycling videos and has completed four legs of the 2005 Tour de France.

Elizabeth “Lizzy” Hoffmann

Lizzy has always been fascinated by human movement. She became a professional ballet/modern dancer when she was in her teens, and has danced for dance companies in the United States and abroad. She earned her degree in Dance/Music/Choreography/Kinesiology from the University of South Florida. She joined the Spinning family in 1996, and became the Spinning MI for France shortly after moving there with her husband in 1999. Lizzy now lives in North Carolina with her awesome husband and two chocolate labs, where she owns a Yoga studio called Urban Bliss, focusing on Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour teacher trainings.

Linda Howard

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program, ACE, AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor, NASM certified Personal Trainer, APEX certified Nutrition Fitness Professional and Polestar/Balanced Body certified Pilates Allegro Instructor, Linda is currently the Spinning Program Director, personal trainer and Pilates instructor for Gold's Gym in St. Petersburg, FL.

Dawn Juarez

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program, Dawn has spent three plus decades in the fitness industry. She holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science in addition to a B.S. in Psychology. An avid mountain biker and road cyclist, Dawn is a licensed USA Cycling Coach, NASM certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, and team member of Bat City Cycling. Dawn resides in Austin, Texas where she splits her professional fitness career with retail management.

Jeff Krabiel

Jeff has been a Master Instructor for the Spinning program since 1995. With two teaching credentials and a Master's Degree in Special Education, he is a teacher for severely handicapped children and has begun working on a Ph.D in Childhood Education. He is also an ACE and AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor.

Luciana Marcial-Vincion
South Carolina

Luciana has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and has been a Spinning® Master Instructor since 2000. She has been involved in fitness education, programming and management for over 20 years, holding multiple certifications in group fitness, personal training, and exercise testing. She is a dancer, actress, and singer as well as a choreographer for everything from hip-hop to musical theatre. Luciana has also worked in the music industry in New York City for International Creative Management, Inc., one of the largest talent agencies in the world. She resides in Charleston, SC and is co-owner of Charleston RIDE™, an exclusive Spinning® studio. In addition, she serves as the Team Manager for the global Spinning Master Instructor Team.

Nancy McCorry
New Jersey

Nancy has been teaching in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is a certified Personal Trainer with ACE and an AFAA certified Group Exercise instructor. Nancy teaches for a large privately owned health club in Princeton, NJ, as well as for a TRX® Suspension Training® studio. She also enjoys her in-home personal training clientele. Nancy is a community ambassador for Lululemon Athletica.

Meg McNeely

A Master Instructor for the Spinning Program and ACE and AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor, Meg is also certified in Pilates through the PhysicalMind Institute and Peak Pilates. With over 20 years of cycling experience and an avid swimmer, she competes in road races, time trials, and triathlons. She is involved in advocating female cycling as well as coaching female cyclists in the southern Maryland area. She holds a B.S. in the Health Sciences and is an artist of various mediums.

Donna Minotti

After 30 years in dance, Donna made the transition to promoting and teaching fitness. In addition to being a Spinning Master Instructor, she is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor; ACE & NASM Personal Trainer; yoga, Pilates, and nutrition lifestyle coach and energy healer. She shares her passion for health and wellness as a Wellness Coordinator at Covidien Surgical Devices and as a part-time faculty member teaching Pilates at Quinnipiac University. She holds a B.S. in business management. Donna’s additional passions are running, cycling, cooking and doing them all with her husband and teenage daughter. She has completed the Marine Corps Marathon and the New York City Marathon.

Ralph Mlady

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program, Ralph also holds group exercise certifications from the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Ralph is a veteran of multiple 24-hour cycling events and century rides. He also competes in adventure and mountain and road bike races. Ralph holds a master’s degree in business administration and is currently working on his master’s in education.

Lisa Mona

A Master Instructor for the Spinning Program, Lisa has been a registered dietitian for 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. A 16-year veteran of the fitness industry, she has directed group fitness programs for private health clubs. She is also an ACE and AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor. She currently is the Group Fitness and Spa Director at Element Fitness + Mind + Body in Lenexa, Kansas.

Anthony Musemici
New York

Anthony is a Master Instructor for the Spinning® program. He is an ACE, AFAA and NASM certified personal trainer as well as a former Category 4 competitive cyclist. Anthony has been in the fitness industry for 14 years and has trained athletes of every age. As a Master Instructor, Anthony has presented workshops and trainings all over North America as well on the fitness conference circuit. He is also a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and coaches at CrossFit Great Neck on Long Island. Other credentials include: NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, Kettlebell Concept Level 1 and 2 Instructor, and TRX Group and Personal Trainer.

Jim Nugent

A Master Instructor for the Spinning® program, Jim is a certified personal trainer through the NASM, ACE and AFAA organizations. He is a firefighter for the city of Cincinnati. Jim is a former winner of multiple Ohio, national, and world BMX races. He has been involved in sports and fitness most of his life by competing in BMX, road and mountain bike events, as well as being a former wrestler and coach at the high school level. In addition, his involvement in the health club industry began about 10 years ago as a Spinning instructor. He has organized several two to three hour rides in the Cincinnati area.

Iona Passik
New York

Iona Passik has been a certified Spinning Instructor for almost fifteen years. In the 1990's, Iona went overseas to train Spinning Instructors in eleven European countries over a three-month period. Since returning to the US, she’s trained thousands of instructors and continues to do so. Iona is an ACE and AFAA continuing education provider. She lives in New York with her husband and trains in Central Park.

Kari Peagle

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program, Kari has a B.S. degree in Pharmacy. She has been teaching as a fitness instructor for over a decade and she holds both personal training and instructor certifications with ACE and AFAA. Currently a coordinator and instructor for the Spinning program at World Gym, she is a personal trainer and pharmacist in Austin, Texas.

Lorey Pro

Lorey holds a master’s degree in kinesiology and recreation, and certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and YogaFit. She has over 18 years of experience in the fitness field as a program manager, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, NCAA track/cross country coach and conference presenter in the commercial, private, public, non-profit and university settings. Lorey’s athletic background includes competitive running from 5K to marathon distance, duathlons, and triathlons. Currently, she is the Fitness Coordinator at the University of Arizona, and teaches various fitness classes in the Tucson area.

Tami Reilly

As a Master Instructor for the Spinning® program, Tami is a veteran in the fitness industry. She is also an E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, a Gliding® Pro Trainer and is an ACE and AFAA certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Tami's full-time employment is at Quinnipiac University as the Associate Athletic Director for fitness and wellness. She works with the students and student-athletes to help foster wellness as a way of life.

Gina Resina
New Jersey

Making the leap from Spinning® enthusiast to Spinning instructor in 2003, Gina’s passion for the “Original Indoor Cycling Program” led her to pursue, and ultimately achieve, a position on the Spinning Master Instructor Team. She holds certifications in Personal Training with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), as well as an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor certification. In addition, she is a certified instructor for Resist-A-Ball, BOSU Integrated Balance Training and TRX Training. She enjoys being physically active, especially through cycling, swimming, running and strength training. Gina currently trains clients and leads Spinning classes in New Jersey, where she continues to coach and inspire others in accomplishing their fitness goals through the Spinning Program.

Maryjo Ruckel
New York

Maryjo’s educational background is in business, but she was so inspired by the fitness industry 15 years ago that she decided to change fields and become a fitness professional.

In conjunction with being a Spinning Master Instructor, she is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Pilates instructor for major fitness chains in New York on Long Island. Maryjo is a faculty educator for Town Sports International (TSI) in New York City, where she trains instructors in the Spinning program for New York Sports Club, Boston Sports Club, Philadelphia Sports Club and Washington Sports Club.

Maryjo holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise, the American Fitness and Aerobics Association, Stott Pilates and Powerhouse Pilates.

Scott Schlesinger

With over 13 years experience in the fitness industry, Scott is a Master Instructor for the Spinning program, and an ACE, ISSA and AFAA certified Personal Trainer. He is the co-creator of Synergy Circuit, which integrates several modalities of fitness into a high-powered, time-efficient workout. Scott has coordinated numerous charity rides for such causes as HIV, Leukemia, United Way, Hurricane Katrina Relief and the Lance Armstrong Foundation and is currently the Director of Spinning at Pinecrest Health & Fitness in Miami, FL.

Raquel Schmidt
New York

Raquel has been a certified ACE/AFAA Fitness Instructor since 1988, teaching hi/lo aerobics, step, hiphop, and body sculpting classes while still in high school. Currently, in addition to teaching Spinning, she also teaches yoga, cardio kickboxing, and bellydance. She also is a mat & reformer Stott certified Pilates instructor.

In 2004 she was selected to join a regional cycling team as a category 4 cyclist and went on to win gold medals in the New York State Criterium Championships (2005), New York State Time Trial Championships (2004), and a bronze medal in the New York State Road Racing Championships (2005). Internationally she has traveled to Europe (with bicycle in tow) to cheer Lance on to victories five and six and also rode several stages of the 2003 & 2004 Tour De France with local cycling enthusiasts.

Raquel holds a Ph.D. in education from the University of Buffalo and is a full time faculty member at the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

Angie Scott

Angie has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She has served as the Spinning Program Coordinator and Assistant Group Exercise Director at her local fitness facility. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a personal trainer, and is ACE certified in Group Exercise. Angie assists several individuals with customized training programs through E-coaching. Angie is an avid road cyclist, participating in charity cycling events throughout the year. Her favorite ride is the QUALCOMM Million Dollar Challenge, where she cycles 650 miles over eight days from San Francisco to San Diego in order to raise money for the Challenged Athletes Foundation. Angie has served as the Vice Chairman for the Vermont Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, where she was an advocate for the prevention of childhood obesity and Safe Routes to Schools program. She volunteers her time as a mentor and strongly supports the American Heart Association's "Go Red For Women" movement.

Isabel Shephar Schaefer
New York

A Master Instructor for the Spinning program, ACE certified Weight Management Consultant, AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Isabel has been presenting fitness programs professionally since 1993 and is currently on staff at Hauppauge Sports Club, in Hauppauge, Long Island.

Bernadette Sidney

A 20-year veteran in the fitness industry, Bernadette is a Master Instructor for the Spinning program and an ACE and AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor. In addition, Bernie is a certified Level 2 Stott Pilates instructor.

Betty Simmons

Betty is a Master Instructor for the Spinning Program, in addition to holding certifications for group exercise, personal training, yoga, pilates, and aqua. She has 20+ years in the health and fitness industry and has directed fitness/group exercise and wellness programs for hospitals and private health clubs. Her life goal is to honor God by “using the gifts he has given me to coach others to be the best they can be.” She is certified through ACE, AFAA, NASM, AEA, and AAI/ISMA. She also holds a BS in Criminal Justice and a BS in History/Secondary Education.

Reneé Spriggs

With almost 30 years in the fitness industry, Reneè is a Spinning, Bodyblade, and Resist-A-Ball Master Instructor and a Peak Pilates MVe trainer. Also a kettlebell instructor and functional movement specialist, Reneè resides in Houston, Texas where she is the Pilates director at Timberline Fitness Studio.

Nadine Stewart

Nadine Stewart is an AFAA certified personal trainer and ACE certified group fitness instructor. She is a Master Instructor for both the Spinning® and Bodyblade® programs. She currently resides in Tallahassee, FL.

Angie Sturtevant

Angie is the developer, manual author, Program Director and Power Specialist Master Instructor of the Spinpower® Program. As the owner of Specialists in Sports Performance, she provides the highest level of performance coaching, training plan development, metabolic assessments, data analysis and education consulting services globally. Renowned as an expert in power-based training and coaching for cyclists, she is the original developer and program director of CycleOps Power Coaches Certification and CycleOps Power Master Training Specialist. She works with bike dealers, training centers, coaches, athletes, instructors and cycling/triathlon organizations. As an avid cyclist, she raced mountain bikes many years in NORBA and WORS series. She is a former member of the Spinning® Advisory Board and is currently licensed/certified STAR 3 Spinning® Instructor, CycleOps Advanced Power Coach, USAC Elite Level 1 Cycling and Power Coach, USAT Triathlon and Youth/Junior Coach, Evolve and Korr Metabolic Testing Specialist and ACE Personal Trainer.

Joshua Taylor

Josh is a Master Instructor for the Spinning program and a former professional cyclist. A seasoned athlete who has been competing at the highest levels of bike racing for over 18 years, Joshua is a two-time State Road Race Champion and has raced against some of the top international cyclists in the world in events such as the San Francisco Grand Prix and the Philadelphia International championship. He is also a Power Specialist Master Instructor for the Spinpower® program.

Janet Toussaint

Janet began working as a Master Instructor for the Spinning® program in 1996. Known for her powerful coaching style and innate ability to connect with her students, she not only trains and motivates their bodies, but fuels their minds with the science and knowledge they will need to transform their approach to training and bring heightened awareness to their own performance. Janet approaches all of her training programs with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a high degree of skill. She is both an ACE and AFAA certified Personal Trainer and a Registered Yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance. In addition, she is certified with the CycleOps Power Training System and is a Power Specialist Master Instructor for the Spinpower® program.

Jennifer Ward

Jennifer Ward, RD, LDN, CLC, CPT, has been a Master Instructor since January of 1998. She is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist in the state of Massachusetts. She is the author of the SPINNING 8-Week Weight Loss Program among other SPINNING home study courses. She spent six years working as the Assistant Program Director and running heart rate and Energy Zone-based SPINNING classes at the GE Plastics Fitness Center in Pittsfield, MA. She raced for 8 years as a United States Cycling Federation category 3 road rider and she competed in Collegiate Nationals for the University of Massachusetts at Amherst Cycling Team in 1992 and 1993. She is also involved in running the Pittsfield Cyclocross summer bike race series for youth in her hometown of Pittsfield, MA. She currently works full time as the Wellness Registered Dietitian for Berkshire Medical Center’s employee-centered Wellness at Work program and continues her work in the fitness industry as a substitute SPINNING Instructor for Berkshire Nautilus and presenting for Mad Dogg Athletics.

Marci Williams

As a Master Instructor for the Spinning program, Marci has over 25 years of experience in the fitness and recreation industries. She holds certifications from ACE, AFAA, Pilates and Heart Zone Systems and has a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Utah.

In addition she is a Pre & Post Natal specialist, a flexibility technician, and a USA Cycling coach. Marci works as the Director of The Park Center, a professor for Salt Lake Community College, a management consultant, and as a professional lecturer.

Martha Williams

With numerous certifications in personal training, group fitness and specialty formats, Martha has been teaching and training as a fitness professional since 1993. With a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and a Master's Degree from UCLA, Martha has used her Psychology background as a fundamental component of her training methods. Martha operates a personal training business, as well as works as a fitness consultant & independent contractor for numerous health and wellness facilities in the Atlanta area.
