Standard Shipping

Domestic orders placed with Standard Shipping Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will arrive within 5-10 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders going to residential addresses may be delivered on Saturday. 

Standard shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to APO or FPO addresses.

 

3-Day Shipping

Orders placed with 3-Day Shipping Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 p.m. PST will arrive within 3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 3-Day Shipping Monday-Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 4 business days.

3-Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO and FPO addresses.

 

2-Day Shipping

Orders placed with 2-day Shipping Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 p.m. PST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 2-day Shipping Monday-Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

2-Day Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3-4 business days.

2-Day Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, or APO and FPO addresses.

 

1-Day Shipping

Orders placed with 1-day shipping Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 p.m. PST will arrive within 1 business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 1-day shipping Monday-Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

1-Day Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3-4 business days.

International Economy

Non-U.S. orders placed with International Economy Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive in approximately 5 business days. Note: Shipping delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.

Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

International Priority

Non-U.S. orders placed with International Priority Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1 business day, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive in approximately 3-4 business days. Note: Shipping delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.

Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Freight - Curbside Delivery

Items with a dimensional weight of greater than 100 lbs. are shipped via a national trucking company. Orders placed with curbside delivery are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

Please note the following:

  •  The item will be delivered curbside as close to your building as possible. We ask that the customer make arrangements to carry the item inside.
  •  This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
  •  Additional charges apply to Saturday delivery. Please contact our customer service department to make this request.
  •  Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment within a 4-hour window of time. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
  •  Additional charges apply to missed appointments.
  •  Additional charges may apply to beyond points and rural areas.
  •  Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a “Proof of Delivery” receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt, or, if refusing delivery due to damage, please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
  •  A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Signer must be 18 years of age or older.
  •  We may be unable to complete delivery if the delivery address is on a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck.
  •  Drivers are not required to bring freight into houses, garages, etc. Drivers do not help unpack or set up. Drivers do not inspect freight.

 

Freight – Gold Standard Delivery

Items with a dimensional weight of greater than 100 lbs. are shipped via a national trucking company. Orders placed with Gold Standard Delivery are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

Please note the following:

  •  The item will be delivered inside your home or building.
  •  Delivery service includes one flight of stairs, unpacking and debris removal.
  •  Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment within a 4-hour window of time. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
  •  Additional charges apply to missed appointments.
  •  Additional charges may apply to beyond points, rural areas and additional flights of stairs.
  •  Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a “Proof of Delivery” receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt, or, if refusing delivery due to damage, please note refused due to damage on this receipt.

Mad Dogg Athletics will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 29, 2014 in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday. Any orders placed after Wednesday 12pm will be processed on Monday December 1, 2014.
