Mad Dogg Athletics strives to hold all workshops as scheduled, in the same location, and on the originally scheduled date(s) and times. However, a small percentage of workshops are postponed due to low enrollment, and sometimes workshops must be postponed or moved due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstance. Therefore, we highly recommend that you do not commit to non-refundable travel accommodations or any other arrangements that would result in financial expense. We are committed to providing the best training possible and an enjoyable experience, and we know that changes in plans can be inconvenient. We make every effort to keep changes to a minimum, and we appreciate your understanding when they are unavoidable. In the event of a change, we will communicate the information to each person registered, and will provide assistance with transferring to the new date/time or to a similar workshop. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled or similar workshop, you may receive a refund of your workshop fee. Any associated materials (instructor manuals, DVDs, etc.) may be returned for a refund only if the original packaging is intact and there is no damage to the goods.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a workshop that you are registered for, you may do so up to 96 hours (4 days) in advance without penalty. If you wish to cancel after the 4-day cut-off time, a 20% cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply. For conferences (e.g., WSSC, Boston Balance, etc.), please refer to the cancellation/refund policy within the specific conference catalog.
