Mad Dogg Athletics strives to hold all workshops as scheduled, at the same location, and on the originally scheduled date(s) and times. A small percentage of workshops, however, are postponed due to low enrollment, or sometimes workshops must be postponed or moved due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we highly recommend that you do not commit to non-refundable travel accommodations or any other arrangements that would result in financial loss due to a cancellation of a training.

 

We are committed to providing the best training possible as well as an enjoyable experience, and we know that changes in plans can be inconvenient. We will make every effort to keep changes to a minimum, and we appreciate your understanding when changes are unavoidable. In the event of a change, we will communicate the information to each person registered, and we will provide you assistance with rescheduling to the same workshop but on a new date/time, or transferring to a completely different workshop altogether. If you are not able to attend a rescheduled or an alternative workshop, you may request to receive a refund of your workshop registration fee. Any associated materials (instructor manuals, DVDs, etc.) may be returned for a refund only if the original packaging is intact and there is no damage to the goods. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from customer service prior to shipping any materials back to Mad Dogg Athletics.

 

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a workshop for which you are registered, we are happy to help you with this.  You may make changes to your workshop reservation up to 96 hours (4 days) prior to the workshop, without penalty. If you wish to cancel or reschedule prior to but within 96 hours of the workshop, a 20% cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply. You may reschedule your initial reservation a maximum of three times within these terms, but if you are unable to attend after rescheduling on three separate occasions, Mad Dogg Athletics will automatically refund your registration fees paid for that workshop, less a 20% cancellation fee.

 

If you cannot attend a workshop for which you are registered, it is very important that you contact us, in advance. If you register for a workshop (and therefore, reserve one of a limited number of spots on the workshop roster), but you do not attend and you also fail to contact us in advance of that workshop, you will be considered to have "no-showed" that workshop, and will forfeit all registration fees paid for that workshop; no refunds/credits will be issued. For conferences, trade shows and all other events (e.g., WSSC, etc.), please refer to the cancellation/refund policies associated with that specific event.

Mad Dogg Athletics will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2014 in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday. Any orders placed after Wednesday 12pm will be processed on Monday December 1, 2014.
