7 years ago I lost my Great Grandmother due to the effects of Alzheimer’s. We have walked every year since she has passed in hopes that one day there will be a cure. The 2012 Walk to End Alzheimer’s took place in Century City, CA and was this past Sunday. It was a beautiful day with many people who also believe in this cause and I was happy to have my children ages 6 & 7 walk with me in support of my grandmother. We walked 3 miles to end Alzheimer’s.
