Preventative Spinning

Travel season is upon us. Freedom from the school year that dictates much of the rhythms of our day and of our year and great weather and holidays means we get to spend....well...honestly, hours and hours in cars, bus terminals, flight lounges and on flights themselves. Much of the time we don't get a lot of choice on our departure days and times, but I urge you to factor your travels in around your opportunities to Spin. Takes a little planning, but it is so worth it - especially if it is a "long haul" distance. When ever I fly to the U.S. I schedule my departure on Saturdays around noon time. This allows me to do the Saturday morning Spinning
