DCAC fitness convention was once again a fantastic show. For the first time ever, I taught three brand-spanking new Resist-A-Ball sessions, "the perfect 10" (10 staple ball exercises), Cardio Core Combos and Jump and Pump (integrated Jump Rope w/RAB). All the sessions were almost sold out, with Perfect 10 being completely sold out at 100 participants. The participants were fantastic and how great it was to work with these talented instructors. The participants were so receptive and this motivates me develop creative and effective movements. Looking forward to teaching RAB again and of course again at DCAC next year. Go Resist-A-Ball, Go Maddogg!!
