The Studio

The Studio is a small, exclusive and intimate group fitness destination that encourages sharing and interaction amongst students and instructors. Our main focus is to provide you with the ultimate experience in a comfortable, non-intimidating, safe and fun environment. Our Spinning® classes offer the best equipment with the official NXT Star Trac Spinners®, brand new state of the art stereo system, FREE towel, FREE water bottle and inspiring and certified Spinning® Instructors who await to guide you on a one of a kind motivational journey. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, Low Impact, Strength, Specialty Classes and Workshops round out our schedule to optimize fitness, growth, flexibility and cross training. After your class relax and enjoy a FREE cup of tea or coffee in our comfortable waiting area.
