McNiff Fitness Center


Monday-Thursday: 7:15 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Friday: 7:15 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The McNiff Fitness Center is the on-campus workout facility for the University of Tampa students, faculty and staff.  At 6,000 sq. feet, it offers 23 cardio machines, over 2,500 pounds of free weights, and 14 selectorized weight machines.  In addition, there is a full fitness class schedule with spinning, yoga, Zumba, sports conditioning, TurboKick, PiYo and strength training.
