Helen M. Ryan

Helen M. Ryan is a Star Level 2 Spinning instructor, an ACE-certfieid personal trainer, and certified pilates instructor. She is the author of "21 Days to Change Your Body (and Your Life)." Helen has been teaching Spinning classes for over nine years and coordinates the Spinning program at NC3 Fitness in Murrieta, CA.
