This set of dvd's came with my bike. All four dvd's are unique in their own way and each are just as hard as the other. What i especially like is the spin and slim video because its 30 min. max which makes it perfect for days when your in a crunch for time. Its a quick fast paced video that leaves you drenched in swet. I'm a beginner and these dvd's are good to start with. They challenge you but at your own level.
Also the instructors are very motivational and fun! |
