Get Certified

  • Register and attend a Spinning Instructor Training near you.
  • Practice teaching, using the training plan in your Spinning Instructor Manual.
  • At your convenience, take the Spinning® Instructor online assessment.

The Spinning® Instructor Certification is valid for two years from the date of your Spinning Orientation and with continuing education, can be maintained for a lifetime! All our continuing education courses award ACE and AFAA continuing education credits (CECs).

You'll learn to:

  • Coach students on bike setup and safety
  • Demystify cycling biomechanics
  • Craft motivating class ride profiles
  • Develop strong coaching skills
  • Incorporate heart rate training and the Spinning Energy Zones™
  • Use visualization techniques to enhance the mind/body connection
