It?s interesting that I have been blogging for a while now, and always struggle with posting in the Spinning Enthusiast section. Blogging in instructors is easier for me, because there is always something to reflect upon. But here, in enthusiasts, I often struggle because if you?ve been reading what I write, you know I LOVE the program?and how many ways can I possibly say that? I have told you about my own journey with Spinning (as the impetus to my understanding physical health), how others have been inspired by instructors? mentorship, and about what it means to me to have the camaraderie engendered by the Spinning program itself. All in all, I?m a big fan of the program because it?s not as intimidating to get into since you do not need as much coordination skills as say, a step class?and also, you can really be any level of student to get started in it. So yes, I?m enthusiastic about this program! Friends, now I ask you for ideas?are there things I can research and/or share that you?d like to hear about? I?m pretty much an opinionated open book but am running out of ideas about what to share :) -June
