Ride Description: This is a strength ride consisting of 3 hills. After warming up to Carry On we start adding resistance and have some sprints to get us started on our first short hill. Recover at Just Give Me a Reason and come back to flat road, Second hill begins at 3 minute mark in Just Give Me A Reason and goes into some quick sprints (adding resistance) with Four Kicks...continues to get heavier by Burn It To The Ground and we're running with resistance. Peak second hill with The Rolling Stones at 1 minute and start coming down. Final Climb starts with Right Here, Right Now adding resistance 2 minutes (min saddle/min 3rd). Bring it back down to flat road for last song and pumping it back up with Pump it then cool down. (All sprints are running with resistance)
