"Hi Jennifer,
I’m sending you this note as a thank you for being a great instructor and motivator. The lessons that were learned last March at Sportsite have stayed with me and have been a positive influence on my classes ever since. Back in November I had asked for your input pertaining to guidelines for a beginning Spinning program class and the results have been amazing and educational.
My weekly Saturday morning classes have been full with several on the waiting list as the gym’s membership and the interest in indoor cycling has increased. At our facility there are several advanced classes that are always full but are quite intimidating to new riders. The beginning Spinning 101 class has so far been a great success. Now, about 12 weeks in and already a few intrepid riders have ventured in to the more aggressive classes and have had fun. Bike setup, safety and basic riding techniques really are the keys to a great ride…Spinning has been such a positive effect on my life and I try with every class to express that positive energy to my participants.

We are proud to welcome Companía Fitness in Lima, Peru to the global Spinning family! Their first Spinning event took place Feb. 5–6 at Official Spinning Facility Milenium Fitness and was a huge success. Enthusiastic participants filled up these three workshops led by Master Instructor Rodrigo Vilches, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for them!
